As established, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (LCEur 2016, 605) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the Organic Law 3/2018 (RCL 2018, 1629) of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, from www.nuweinmobiliaria.com, and especially from NUWE INMOBILIARIA 360 SL (hereinafter NUWE) informs of the following:

1.-TREATMENT MANAGER

The company NUWE INMOBILIARIA 360 SLU, with VAT number B-72538200, with registered office at 46002, Valencia, Calle Xativa nº 14, door 1-A, whose contact telephone number is +34685602819 and email info@nuweinmobiliaria.com, is responsible for the processing of the data collected through the website www.nuweinmobiliaria.com, and the contact forms that may be included.

The updated list of the processing activities that NUWE carries out is available in the Register of Activities.

2.- OBLIGATIONS OF THE INTERVENING PARTIES.

The interested party must ensure that the data provided are truthful and proper, and must at all times guarantee the accuracy of the data collected. In case of alteration of the same, or if necessary, the modification of the consent given, you must immediately notify NUWE by sending an email to the address info@nuweinmobiliaria.com, or by mail to the registered office indicated in the first point of this document, indicating any changes that occur in the data on your person so that the file manager can keep them properly updated. In any case, the data collected and provided directly from the interested party shall be considered accurate.

The data processor is obliged to process the data transferred to him/her in a lawful, fair and transparent manner with the Data Subject. They will also be treated in such a way as to ensure adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, through the implementation of appropriate technical or organizational measures, all in compliance with the deadlines and requirements established by law from time to time.

3.-PURPOSE AND LEGITIMACY OF DATA PROCESSING.

NUWE's main activity is the exercise of real estate activities in all its aspects. The purpose of data processing is mainly related to this activity and its direct derivatives. 

The processing of personal data is carried out for the performance of its activity and for the fulfillment of legal obligations on the part of NUWE, as well as for the proper performance of the professional assignment that may have been made, for the performance of missions carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers conferred, as well as when the purpose of the processing requires consent, which must be provided by means of a clear affirmative action. Similarly, there is legitimacy in the processing for the performance of a legal or contractual relationship initiated by the data subject.

4.-RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

NUWE informs the data subject that, in accordance with the provisions of RGPD and its national implementing regulations, your data may be transferred to the following bodies and persons: to workers and collaborators of this company and entities in charge of the processing, for the processing and performance of the contracted service; to banking entities, for the payment of the contracted services or goods; Tax Agency, for the fulfillment of tax obligations; to tax and management consultancies, for the fulfillment of tax, labor and billing obligations and to any other third parties to whom the transfer is mandatory under the applicable regulations and in case of not being mandatory it is necessary to carry out the transfer to ensure the proper development of the professional management and service entrusted, obtaining communications between the client and the company. In general, of the purposes provided, being able to use such data for commercial prospecting purposes (only if the person concerned has given his consent) with the NUWE activity, but not of unauthorized third party users. - State Agency of Tax Administration.

- Financial entities.

- Insurance companies.

- Public Sector Contracting Platform.

- Public registry of contracts.

- Auditors of research projects.

- Accounting auditors.

- Entity entrusted with the management of occupational risks.

- General Treasury of the Social Security.

- Trade union organizations.

- State Foundation for Employment Training (Fundación Estatal para la Formación en el Empleo (Fundación Tripartita).

- Companies and entities with which agreements are signed.

- European Projects Office.

- Entities responsible for the maintenance of the assistance machinery, within the framework of services rendered.

- Companies receiving training actions.

- Public Administrations that finance the programs (City Councils; County Councils, Regional Government and Ministries).

- State Security Forces and Corps.

- Courts and Tribunals.

5.-INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

There may be international transfers of data, depending on the geographical location of the company involved in the European Union and other countries. The data subject's informed consent is always required (article 49.1.a of the GDPR).

6.-HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE KEPT?

The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they are collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from the processing carried out, in addition to the periods established in the regulations on archives and documentation.

7.-WHICH ARE YOUR RIGHTS and WHERE TO EXERCISE THEM?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation of the processing of their data carried out by NUWE. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data, limitation and opposition to their treatment, as well as not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data, where appropriate, before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

To exercise your rights you must prove your identity by sending an email to the address: vpastor@nuweinmobiliaria.com and determining the right you intend to exercise, indicating in the subject of the email a reference to the right to be exercised. For a proper fulfillment of the exercise of each right must attach a photocopy of the document proving your identity (ID card, NIE, PASSPORT, ...). You can also exercise your rights by mail by sending a communication to the attention of NUWE INMOBILIARIA 360 SL, with your request and a photocopy of the document proving your identity, sending it to the registered office listed in the first point of this Privacy Policy and Data Protection.

8.- WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF SECURITY BREACHES?

In NUWE we work to maintain the security and integrity of the data whose treatment is in charge, applying the security elements and the technique in force at all times. However, in the event that the Interested Party detects that there may have been a security breach in the processing of data, leakage, or considers that their data are not treated correctly, they have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency whose contact details can be found at the web address https://www.aepd.es.

In any case, the Interested Party, at all times and in the shortest possible time, must inform NUWE of any breach, leakage or irregularity that it may have detected in the processing of its data or that of any other person.

9.- APPLICABLE REGULATIONS

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in application of the Spanish regulations in force at any given time, as well as those Community (EU) regulations that are applicable to the case. In particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (LCEur 2016, 605) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and Organic Law 3/2018 (RCL 2018, 1629) of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, and their respective implementing regulations, are applicable. In case of variation of the applicable standard, appropriate measures will be taken to update this data protection policy.
